Sandy Cameron



Sandy Cameron is a co-founder of Hedone Productions (nominated for Production Business of the Year, 2015 Screen Producers Australia Awards), a producer of 2014 time travel comedy  feature THE INFINITE MAN (SXSW, Edinburgh International Film Festival, Sitges Film Festival, Melbourne International Film Festival) and the co-writer of feature documentary SAM KLEMKE’S TIME MACHINE (writer/director: Matt Bate, Sundance Film Festival 2015) for which he won an AWGIE award. He is currently co-producing the feature BOYS IN THE TREES (writer/director/Nicholas Verso, producer John Molloy, currently in post-production) with Mushroom Pictures. He is also an Executive Producer on CANNED PEACHES, a Spanish language remake remake of THE INFINITE MAN currently in production in the Dominican Republic. 

Previously he has worked as Senior Project Officer at the South Australian Film Corporation, and was the Chair of Screen Network agency the Media Resource Centre for five years. A graduate in Law and Screen Studies from Flinders University, Sandy has written extensively on media and film for publications such as Guardian Australia, RealTime and Screen Hub, and has been a contributing editor at Metro Magazine.
